Also, any Whoregon fans in here need to realize these are MAJOR BCS BOWL GAMES…NOT THE HOLIDAY BOWL! How many Rosebowls does Oregon have????? ZERO, NADA, NONE! Whats Oregons bowl record????? You have a proud program. Keep the faith. I was present for the 1996 BYU vs. UW when Sarkisian was our QB. Loudest stadium I have ever been to, but the classiest fans in the PAC10 hands down. I was also at last years BYU vs. UW game. I am moving back to Washington when I’m finished with my undergrad work at BYU and will be a Husky Season Ticket holder.n GO DAWGS

A lot of this is Brunnell. I went to almost every home game that season, and barely in my teens. We’d buy tickets from the students. The defense was scary, the Purple Reign! Good times. Nice to see the AD finally decided to put the program back together. I hope Sark brings the James tradition back.
