all you haters need to STFU. soccer is a physical and emotional sport. theres just some people you dont mess with and Lambert is one awesome bad ass that takes shit from no one. shes the kind of girl i respect as a girlfriend cus she dont let anyone walk all over her. you play as physical as she does to win the game.BYU bitches looks like spoiled prima donnas if you askme.

  2. stifler6099 Says:

i want her to have my kids

  3. fedup1940 Says:

Lambert is the lowest of the low. She is full of anger and rage. She needs to repent and invite Jesus into her life as her savior. Only then will she be a changed girl.

  4. katertader22 Says:

people should just quit sports if they cant accept the fact that soccer is a contact sport. That one time she punched the girl in the back she had every right because the girl elbowed her in the boob.

  5. clymb420 Says:

Depends on what a kid does-if they disobey a drinking age law that is unrealistic and silly, or they fight once at practice, then yeah, game suspension and some outside discipline. I’m hoping and assuming early on in the game her coach told her to cool it-if she only committed ASSAULT once on the field then sure, game suspension and a plate-run. She did this repeatedly and maliciously and was out of control-for that I’d shut her season down, release her and let some other coach deal w/her.

  6. bobtuba Says:

I don’t hate her. I just care about other players that will have to play against her in the future, if she’s not banned. They’re not safe with Lambert on the field (and neither is Lambert now). You’re biased because she’s your girlfriend. There’s a big difference between physical play and violent conduct that you conveniently ignore. One is part of the game; the other is not. The reason you get shown a red card and sent off for violent conduct is because it is *not* part of the game.

  7. bobtuba Says:

This is NOT how most matches are played. That’s why it’s news.

  8. bobtuba Says:

This has nothing to do with soccer. She’s a danger to other players. That there may be other players that should be banned, is not an argument that she should not be. That soccer is a contact sport does not mean violent conduct is allowed – or somehow a *part of* soccer. It is not. It gets you shown a red card and sent off. Challenges for the ball must be fair. Neither the punches, nor the ponytail pull, were challenges for the ball. MMA has no place in soccer. Lambert is *way* beyond normal.

  9. TNess09 Says:

you are so wrong. you must not play soccer. fist fights are not an uncommon occurrence, but someone who is that insane? its a good thing she was banned for life from all college level soccer.

  10. roadyrider Says:

She’s a vicious little bitch, isn’t she? She, and her coach for allowing it, should at least get a long suspension! My daughter plays soccer and if I saw someone playing like that, their coach AND the ref would get my size 12 up their ass!

  11. RevWarRev Says:

There has to be? Why? Because you want there to be? No evidence there was any verbal provocation, but there was plenty of aggression. There was not chance for anything verbal during the attack on #7, Lambert’s attack was to fast and violent. And the silence of Lambert’s teamates is deafening: not one has stood to her defense by claiming the other team was taunting her, or verbally provoking her.

  12. RevWarRev Says:

Thought the only legitimate thing kicked in soccer is the ball…

  13. RevWarRev Says:

Then how did the cameras that were shooting the game from every angle catch Elizabeth over and over, and just Elizabeth? How can you really compare one elbow with shoving, tripping, slamming a player into the ground by her hair, the double punch? She wasn’t a little rough, she was out of control.

  14. elizadeath12 Says:

It is so sexist how the media is playing this up. Men do crap like this in sports and they don’t get hated on like this. What gives!!!

  15. JeffOehlsen Says:

I played soccer almost my whole life. I have been windmilled, I have had my legs knocked out from under me, I have been kicked all over, had people try to hurt me real bad. It is not always so, but it happens.

I saw a striker elbow her in the sternum. So she retaliated. I saw where she was trying to clear the ball, that was nothing. I saw a dangerous tackle, that was the worst of the bunch, and people are upset with the hair pulling. The girl went down, and I am not reading that she is hurt.

  16. duplacite Says:

Jeff buddy, if someone provoked you in real life and you melted under pressure and yank his hair, slam him silly, punched him, tell me what sort of punishments you will get?

I will tell you what would’ve happened to you. You’re going to jail, and your momma will be payin’ your $5,000 fine or w/e.

And this malicious girl didn’t get anything for punishment I believe. She should’ve been BANNED. Melting down under pressure isn’t an excuse to assault others, this ain’t WWF this is SOCCER.

  17. duplacite Says:

If it’s extreme boxing, her ass gets “kicked”? You mean fisted up right?

  18. duplacite Says:

And severe-fouling-players’ asses too… KICK ELIZABETH OUT OF SOCCER. Even if the punching and kneeing isn’t enough a reason, the HAIR-YANKING is a big one for ya. That hair-yanking was equivalent to wrestling, soccer ain’t wrestling ffs.

  19. JayLaxer Says:

    true truee

  20. pkrjunkie Says:

cmon banned from soccer thats the dumiest thing i have ever heard. Ya shes a dirty player but EVERY team has at least one of those so pipe down nacy and man up

  21. duplacite Says:

Just because you don’t read it doesn’t mean hair-pulling doesn’t hurt.

I don’t know if you played soccer under rolling cameras but Lambert was. You’ve been hurt in soccer, it’s good you didn’t retaliate then, shows you’ve got sportsmanship. But Lambert is totally opposite.

In soccer if someone hurt you you don’t retaliate, because you are playing soccer not muai thai. If the referee didn’t whistle tough luck, but these offenses are over the line.

  22. booperkitty Says:

If you dont play by the rules ..and you get away with it.. then .that means the next time ….your ass is Ground Round for a roasting time on the Grill..OH Very HOT!
    I like My Steak Rare..Thank You..!!…;-)

  23. jeffmagic32 Says:

    not a big deal

  24. Spritesmells123 Says:

Lol, that is some good soccer. But its getting so much hype cuz shes a girl, no one would say anything if it were a dude. And if the ref doesnt call anything on it then too bad.

  25. JeffOehlsen Says:

I definately retaliated. LOL I am sure that hair pulling hurts, but it is not nearly the disaster that broken ankles and knees are. The game is played on the field. I would love to see the whole game and not some short little clips.

Are you a soccer player ?? I am just curious if you are into sports or not. Defenders that I played against have her personality. : )

I got knocked around pretty good for sure. My biggest problem was not Elizabeth, but the referees. There are three out there.
