That isn’t the only way to tackle the way he’s showing. If you want to force a fumble you’re better off exploding into the side of their chest which ever side you choose and just before you step into the hit with all your speed you gotta use your momentum to deliver a bonejarring hit with your shoulder pad into the left pect or his right pect into the chest and use your forearms for a violent shove as hard as you can throwing your body into the hit as well. that should send almost anybody flying

ya i injured my finger so i was out for the first game and another linebacker was susspended so we had our fullback as a line back and he couldnt take on the blocks so it was up to our safety to make the tackle that jet killed us but somehow we shut em out and won 4-0…. 2 goaline stands by their d and then we had 2 safteys.weird game

yea man, its a jet offense i see the ball pretty often. it’s high school though, and i’m not offensive line material by any means but i’m one of the faster, stronger guys on the team

I dont understand that BS. I have the same 40 pretty much(5.1) but no I cant play LB but a kid that ran a 5.5 im estimating(because I know im faster from pevious sports we played together)

thats shorter smaller and doesn’t even make any fuckin contact when runnin plays at practice but I have to be a linemen? Meh idc as long as im on defense in games. but with the number of linemen might have to play both.

i make more tackles on D-line than he does.
maybe its my lack of experience..

I’ma try this tomorrow if I get to play DE on another slant run. I’m not afraid of contact, I wrap up its just I need to keep my feet moving and get a bit lower.
